1. What Privvy does

Privvy helps users find and access restroom facilities made available by participating businesses. Privvy provides the software platform for listings, payments, access codes, reviews, and issue reporting.

2. Business responsibility

Participating businesses are responsible for the condition, cleanliness, availability, safety, and accessibility of their restroom facilities. Privvy does not own, operate, or control the listed restrooms.

3. User access

Users may purchase temporary restroom access through Privvy. Access codes are time-limited and may only be used for the specific booking and restroom listed in the app.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. A successful payment creates an access pass for the selected restroom.

5. Misuse

Users may not share codes, misuse business facilities, damage property, harass staff, or violate business rules. Businesses may refuse access when necessary for safety or operational reasons.

6. Changes

Privvy may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
