Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

Users may report an issue and request a refund when a restroom code does not work, a listed restroom is closed, a business refuses access, or the listing is materially inaccurate.

2. Case-by-case review

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Submitting a report does not guarantee a refund, but Privvy will review the issue and may approve a refund when appropriate.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be denied if the pass was successfully used, the access code expired before the user attempted to use it, the user violated business rules, or the issue cannot be verified.

4. Processing refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the user’s bank or card issuer.

5. How to report an issue

Users can open their pass and select “Report an issue” to submit details for review.
