1. Information we collect
Privvy may collect account information, restroom booking details, payment status, approximate location information, reviews, reports, and business listing information.
2. Location information
If you choose to use your location, Privvy uses it to sort and display nearby restroom listings. Location access is controlled by your browser or device settings.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Privvy does not store full card numbers. We may store payment status, booking IDs, and Stripe session references to support access passes and refunds.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide restroom access, process payments, verify codes, show pass history, support businesses, handle reports, improve listings, and prevent abuse.
5. Business listings and reviews
Business listing information and user reviews may be shown in the app to help users decide where to purchase access.
6. Data security
Privvy uses third-party services such as Supabase, Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, and Google Maps to operate the app. These services help manage authentication, database storage, payments, hosting, and geocoding.
